If the traffic accident in Đurđevića Tara took place at 4.30:9 a.m., and the first blood sample was taken at 30 a.m., at the time of the accident, Milan Obradović (0,57) had at least 1 to 02 parts per thousand of alcohol in his blood and was in a drunken state. , said forensic medicine expert Dr. Ivana Čurović.
She stated this in her findings, which she presented in the High Court in Bijelo Polje, during the continuation of the trial of Obradović from Mojkovac, who is responsible for the death of fellow citizen Dijana Grdinić.
Obradović is charged with a criminal offense - serious offenses against the safety of public traffic.
The father of the victim Dijana, Zoran Grdinić, repeated the claims that the accident happened at 01.30:XNUMX at the latest.
He asked the expert what the concentration of alcohol would be if the defendant's statement that he consumed alcohol until 01.00 am is taken into account if, as the defendant himself claimed, he sat next to the vehicle for several hours after the accident.
Čurović said that, if six hours have passed since the incident, the concentration of alcohol in the blood cannot be calculated with certainty. At the insistence of the representative of the injured family, Draga Konatara, she clarified.
"If the court found that the accident in question happened at 4.30:0,67 a.m., Obradović would have at least 1,22 to XNUMX per thousand of alcohol in his blood."
Doctor Nemanja Radojević established earlier that at the time of the accident, in August 2020, in Đurđevića Tara, Obradović was behind the wheel of a Jeep "Nissan", and not the now-deceased fellow citizen Dijana Grdinić (29), whose body was found after landing in a dry riverbed. river found in the driver's seat.
Her father, Zoran Grdinić, made the same claims earlier, while Obradović claimed that he did not remember anything after he and Dijana went for a ride to Crni poda that evening.
The indictment states that in the town of Đurđević, Tara lost control of a Nissan RG (MK AP 350), crossed from the left to the right lane, hit the curb, after which the vehicle landed and fell into a dry river bed, killing Dijana. Grdinic.
The trial continues on March 31, when closing arguments are expected.
