The President of the Municipality of Kotor, Vladimir Jokić, submitted a criminal complaint to the Supreme State Prosecutor's Office and the Special State Prosecutor's Office against Neđeljko Moškov from Kotor and unknown persons.
As stated in the announcement of the Municipality of Kotor, a report was filed against Moškov and NN persons "due to false representation, conclusion of an illegal contract, and determination of compensation without authorization".
"Namely, Moškov, as the president of the Assembly of VPK Primorac, signed the Contract on hiring an expert in the field of sports to perform the function of club president in VPK "Primorac" with Mlađan Janović on July 1, 2020, even though he did not hold that position at all at the time, i.e. . 15 days before he was elected as the president of the Assembly of VPK "Primorac". Janović, who signed a contract with Moškov on July 1, was also elected only 15 days later. This contract stipulated that Janović would receive a monthly fee for the job of president of the club. of 1.500 euros, and he received the same as of November 18, 2021, which in total amounts to around 28.500 euros," the announcement states.
The Municipality of Kotor states that Jokić also refers to the Law on Sports in the criminal complaint.
"By which it is defined that the Assembly of the sports organization makes a decision on the amount of the monthly remuneration of the president and members of the organization, and the remuneration from the disputed contract was never discussed at the Assembly of VPK "Primorac", the announcement concludes.
