"On March 8, 3, in accordance with the legal procedure due to the suspicion that a serious disciplinary violation of official duty was committed, the head of the authority made a Decision to initiate disciplinary proceedings against three officials of the Administration for the Execution of Criminal Sanctions, who are assigned to work security in the organizational unit of the Podgorica Remand Prison. "He recruited other people for the organization, personally or through other members of the organization. The criminal organization was engaged in drug smuggling, and Radovan Mujović planned the execution of criminal acts, secured money and telephones with foreign SIM cards, gave orders and instructions for the execution of criminal acts," the indictment reads.
