Moškov: Jokić showed how he uses blackmail in a perfidious way

The President of the Municipal Board of DPS Kotor Neđeljko Moškov announced that the President of the Municipality of Kotor, Vladimir Jokić, by submitting the report against him, "showed how he uses blackmail in a perfidious manner".

Jokić submitted to the Supreme State Prosecutor's Office and the Special State Prosecutor's Office a criminal complaint against Moškov and NN persons for, as he stated, false representation, conclusion of an illegal contract, and determination of compensation without authorization".

"Having filed a criminal complaint against me in connection with the contract that I signed as the president of the Assembly of Water Polo Club "Primorac", he finally showed how he uses blackmail in a perfidious way. Why he kept the contract, which he obviously knew from before, until now, until the day after he convinced three DPS councilors to succumb to his pressure, he will also have the opportunity to explain in the prosecution. Did he perhaps want to use that contract as a form of pressure on me, in the variant that he didn't get away with the dirty work with political corruption that he carried out with our three councilors? This application is another proof that Vladimir Jokić collected and hid documents in drawers, in order to use the dirtiest methods to try to put pressure on all councilors and officials of the DPS, just to preserve his position," said Moškov.

He adds that every move in the water polo club "Primorac" was made in good faith, as well as in every other duty he performed and is performing.

"Regarding the report, this or any other, I am ready to answer to the same level before the club authorities and the prosecutor's office, as I hope the keeper of the blackmail in the drawers is Jokić. One thing is certain - if he thinks that he will wave reports, money or blackmail to succeed with me, in what he succeeded with three people, who betrayed the principles with which they lived until yesterday, because of personal or other people's interests, he can immediately forget about that. Jokić and others like him must understand that, even though he encountered rotten branch, DPS members do not simply succumb to pressure and blackmail and do not betray the electoral will of their voters, which could not be said for some of his colleagues from the new councilor majority," Moškov concluded.
