Judge Milena Vračar postponed the hearing until June 1, because in the misdemeanor proceedings against "Dana" photojournalist Željko Šapurić, the victim Vesna Simović Zvicer and her witness Dajana Simović did not appear.
Simović Zvicer accused Šapurić of attacking and insulting her in front of the "Lenox" bar in Nikšić on June 19, which, according to the position of the police and the Basic State Prosecutor, violated Article 7 of the Law on Public Order and Peace, which carries a penalty of 100 to 1.000 euros, or imprisonment for up to 60 days.
Šapurić, as well as his witnesses who responded to today's hearing, Veliša Kadić, Marko Đokić and Radomir Drašković, denied the allegations made by Simović Zvicer, and the photojournalist "Dana" published the accusation on her Facebook profile on the same day that Simović Zvicer reported by several Montenegrin media, filed a criminal complaint against her, which the ODT in Nikšić rejected.
