New resident Vladimir Vuckovic in December 2020, he took car tires and charcoal to Lovćen, along with Miloš Radonjić prepared a pyre on which, after the liquidation, they burned the skaljar Milo Radulović called Captain.
These are the details from the order on the expansion of the investigation brought by the Special State Prosecutor's Office (SST) against an alleged member of the Kavac criminal clan. Petar Đurović.
According to that document, after nearly two months of torture, on December 21, 2020, Škaljarac was strangled with an electric extension cable, and then his body was taken to Lovćen and burned on a pyre.
SDT designates Đurović and Radonjić, who is on the run, as the direct perpetrators of the murder, and claim that Radonjić and Vučković burned his body.
The files also say that they did it on the instructions of the organizers of the criminal organization Slobodan Kašćelan i Igor Božović.
Radulović was abducted on October 14, 2020 in Stanjevića rupa near Spuž, after the liquidation of the skaljar Damir Hodžić and his son-in-law, a bar hairdresser Adis Spahić.
While they were torturing him, prosecutors claim, they extorted information about members of the organized criminal group "Skaljari" from him, and money from his wife.
"The defendant MR1. (Miloš Radonjić prim. aut.) and the defendant P.Đ., on the instructions of the organizer of the criminal organization, took the life of the injured MR, by tying his hands and suffocating him with an electric extension cable, that the defendants VV and MR1. removed the injured person's wardrobe and the items he was touching, that the defendant VV transported the remains of the injured person to an abandoned military facility - a burial ground at the top of BG - Municipality C., where he had previously brought old car tires and barbecue charcoal and where together with MR1. we prepared a pyre, on which they put the victim's body and set it on fire in order to destroy the traces of the committed criminal act", it is written in the documents cited in the decision of the Supreme Court which extended Đurović's detention at the beginning of March.
KAŠĆELAN AND BOŽOVIĆ AT THE HEAD OF THE CLAN
Prosecutors suspect Kašćelan and Božović that they formed the criminal organization, which they blame for the liquidation of Radulović, for committing an unspecified number of murders and serious murders.
They also claim that Đurović's role was to carry out the orders and instructions of the organizers within the criminal organization, to secure kidnapped persons together with other members of the clan...
"And that with the use of force and threats, they force them to give them information about where their money and valuables are, as well as to participate together with other members of the criminal organization in the execution of criminal acts of murder."
He is also suspected of the kidnapping of Radulović, as well as the criminal offense of creating a criminal organization.
"From the case file, it is established that there is a well-founded suspicion that the defendant P.Đ. committed the criminal acts that are charged to him by the order to conduct the investigation. First of all, there is a well-founded suspicion that the defendant P.Đ. became a member of a criminal organization, the establishment of which is suspected by SK and IB, that the plan of the criminal organization was to commit an unspecified number of criminal acts, murder... serious murder and kidnapping," the files say.
SENDING PHOTOS OF TORTURE THROUGH THE "CRYPT".
It was clarified that EUROPOL provided them with data showing that members of that clan wrote to each other about the murder via the encrypted SKY ECC application.
"From these data, it is established that the defendant P.Đ. used a mobile phone with the SKY ECC app, with the username “A.” and the unique pin code G2LAMH, that it can be concluded from the intercepted communications that the defendant Đ. stayed in the apartment where the injured MR was kept in the period from 14.10.2020. until 21.12.2020. year, that the other defendants also stayed in that apartment from time to time, where they took photos with the injured party and that they exchanged photos with each other after he was killed. According to the photographs exchanged by the defendants, the place where the victim's body was set on fire was also found, which is confirmed by the investigative documentation and the expert examinations undertaken so far, according to which bone prints, most likely of human origin, were found on the spot in BG, which will be the subject of DNA expert reports for which an order was issued during the investigation".
It was also explained that the intercepted communication shows that other members of the clan asked Đurović for information about the last moments of Radulović's life:
"Part of the communication are the photos of the victim's body that the defendants exchanged with each other, as well as the photos taken at the moment when the victim's body was set on fire."
Đurović was arrested at the beginning of December last year, in a bar in Podgorica.
The suspects for the kidnapping and murder of Radulović are also charged with the brutal liquidation of Nikola Stanišić from Podgorica.
Most of them, however, have been on the run from investigators since the end of April last year, when Kašćelan, Vučković, Zoran Kazic, Miloš Radonjić, Krsto Maros i Darko Prelevic.
After the legal entanglement - the judge's decision Miroslav Bašović so that they would not be detained, Radonjić, Maroš and Prelević also escaped. In addition to them, investigators are looking for Radoj Zvicer, Milan Vujotić, Srđo Jurišević, Dragan Knežević called Shkuri, Milan Knežević, Aleksandar Dragićević i Radoj Živković called Yellow.
Another suspect for the monstrous murder is also at large - a man from Nikšić Zdravko Perunović, who in the meantime got out of Spuša prison.
Radulović was driven to Kotor by Nevolja
Special prosecutors suspect Belgrade citizens Veljko Belivuk, Marko Miljković, Nebojša Janković and Montenegrin citizen Ratko Živković that on October 14, 2020, according to a prior agreement with other members of the Kavaka criminal organization, they kidnapped Radulović near Spuž.
"By deception, threat and force... and treated him in a cruel manner in order to extort money and other material benefits from him".
It also says that Velja Nevolja and his part of the clan, following a criminal plan, transferred Radulović to a residential building in the territory of Kotor in the evening, where they kept him until the day he was liquidated.
During that time, it is alleged, they used coercion against him, with the intention of extorting money from him and to give them information about who the members of the opposing criminal organization are, where their "stocks" with weapons are located, and where the drugs they trade are located.
They explain that Radulović, under threat, gave them information about scammers and allowed them to send messages on his behalf via his encrypted mobile phone and the SKY ECC application:
"In order to lure them to pre-prepared locations where they would deprive them of their lives".
