The former members of the Board of Directors of the Podgorica company "Plantaže" Veselin Vukotić, Božo Mihailović, Duško Perović, Sead Šahman and Đorđi Rajković were ordered to be detained for up to 30 days, after being heard by the investigating judge of the Podgorica High Court.
They are suspected of having caused damage to the Podgorica company "Plantaže" by abusing their official position in business operations.
The Special State Prosecutor's Office (SDT) previously told Vijesti that detention was proposed due to circumstances that indicate that they may interfere with the proceedings by influencing witnesses.
The five of them were arrested on July 11 in the "Plantaže" action for malfeasance in the business with the briquette factory - a business that allegedly damaged the state company for several millions.
Anica Hajduković was also arrested at the time and was released to defend herself.
