DArko Janjić communicated directly with one of the organizers of the criminal group through the encrypted Sky application Radovan Mujović and, among other things, informed him about his movements and habits Željko Radulović, and all with the aim of depriving that person of his life.
This is written in the files of the Special State Prosecutor's Office, on the basis of which the panel of judges of the Supreme Court extended the detention of an alleged member of the Kavac criminal clan for another three months.
His target was his son Ranko Radulović, who, according to operational data from the police, closely cooperates with the Skaljar criminal clan.
"Before the end of the custody of the defendant DJ, the Special State Prosecutor's Office of Montenegro submitted to this court a proposal to extend the detention against the defendant for three months... After considering the case file and the proposal of the Special State Prosecutor's Office of Montenegro, the Supreme Court of Montenegro found that the proposal founded and that the custody of the defendant should be extended for three months", it is written in the explanation of the court decision.

Namely, according to the state of the case files, there is a well-founded suspicion that during the first half of 2020, the defendant Darko Janjić became a member of a criminal organization, which was created by the Republic of Montenegro and the Republic of Kosovo at the beginning of 2017, with each member criminal organization had a predetermined task and role, and the activities of the criminal organization were planned for an unlimited period of time and on an international scale, with the application of precisely defined rules of internal control and discipline of members, and the planned use of violence and intimidation in the activities of the criminal organization"...
The documents state that the organizers of that criminal group assigned themselves various tasks - Mujović to plan the execution of criminal acts, recruit people to become members of the criminal organization, to incite the commission of criminal acts, coordinate the actions of the members of the group in order to commit certain criminal acts, and to himself commits criminal acts.

It is stated that Janjić accepted to carry out the orders and instructions of the organizers of the criminal organization, which were directly communicated to him by the organizers or transmitted through other members of the criminal organization: to commit crimes against life and limb by himself and with other members of the criminal organization, to track members of opposing criminal organizations organization in order to gather knowledge about their lifestyles in order to create suitable opportunities to deprive them of their lives, and to inform the members of the criminal organization about this...
"So, in the period between the beginning of March and the first half of October 2020, he communicated with the organizer of the mentioned criminal organization MR, through the encrypted phone application 'Sky ecc', through which he informed him on several occasions about the movements and habits of R. Ž. - the son of a member of the opposing criminal organization RR, saying that, among other things, he would prepare everything for the murder of 'Little R.', as R. Ž was addressed. and planted explosives under the vehicle used to transport the same between N. (Nikšić) and P. (Podgorica) and asked the organizers of the Republic of Moldova to mediate for him in the sale of narcotic drugs and to undertake all other actions that he was ordered to do," the text explains. .
It is added that the defendant Janjić is justifiably suspicious because it comes from separate transcripts of encrypted mobile phone communications that were made between "Sky ecc" users with codes 1ERKUN (Janjić) and 57F793 (Mujović), and from the official notes of the Police Department for the fight against crime - Department for the Suppression of Serious Criminal Offenses on the performed identification of users of the Sky application...
