The conclusion is imposed, as they said, that the Revenue and Customs Administration fully complied with the Government's decision on the prohibition of the storage of tobacco products in the free zone of the Port of Bar, and that based on the established factual situation, and in accordance with the provision of Article 172 paragraph 3 of the Customs Law, as well as the provisions of articles 59 and 66 of the same law, it was decided that the said goods must be confiscated.
