Prince Nikola Petrović Njegoš and his family issued a statement regarding the tragedy that happened yesterday in Cetinje.
"We were very shaken when we found out about the terrible tragedy that happened yesterday afternoon in Cetinje. We deeply sympathize with the families of the victims and their loved ones who are currently going through a real nightmare," reads the statement sent to the media by the Petrović Njegoš Foundation.
In the announcement, they add that they "share the deep pain with all fellow citizens of Montenegro".
"Our dear Cetinje has never experienced a tragedy like this before, and we sympathize with all its residents in this terrible moment. In the face of absolute evil, let us be united," the announcement concludes.
