The President of the Municipality of Herceg Novi, Stevan Katic, on the occasion of yesterday's tragedy in Cetinje, sent his condolences to the families of the victims and all the citizens of the Capital.
"It is difficult to talk and think about the unfortunate event that happened yesterday in Cetinje. The whole of Montenegro is in indescribable sadness and grief. On my own behalf and on behalf of the municipality of Herceg Novi, I express my deepest condolences to the families of the victims and all the citizens of Cetinje, and I wish the injured a speedy and safe recovery recovery", stated Katic in the announcement of the Municipality of Herceg Novi.
As he said, "yesterday's tragedy wounded the whole of Montenegro".
"I believe that there is no individual who is not shaken by the unpleasant event. I hope that we will never again witness such monstrous crimes against innocents, against our friends, against children," Katic said.
He called on all fellow citizens to think of the victims and their families in prayer, in silence, inwardly.
"Let the pain and sadness we feel be a reminder to all of us that we must protect each other and nurture unity. In thoughts and feelings, Herceg Novi is with Cetinje and all its citizens," Katic concluded.
