The senior state prosecutor's office in Podgorica was provided with the findings of the indictment of the victims of Vuk Borilović (34), senior prosecutor Lepa Medenica, the manager and spokeswoman of that prosecutor's office, told "Vijesti".
However, the prosecutors have not yet been provided with the results of the forensic examination of the traces recovered after the massacre in Cetinje, during which Borilović killed ten of his neighbors, after which he was killed.
On the basis of these results, the prosecutors should determine whose bullet killed the mass murderer - the one fired from the police or the gun of Nenad Neno Kaluđerović from Cetinje, or from a completely different gun.
Medenica explained that the prosecution gave an order for the autopsy of the bodies of the eight victims.

The autopsy report of Borilović's body was submitted to the prosecutor on Friday, August 19, seven days after the tragedy in Cetinje.
"Multiple state prosecutor's offices in Podgorica, on the occasion of the event in Cetinje on August 12, 08, are continuously taking numerous measures and actions with the aim of fully elucidating the event in question, and by order of the prosecutor's office, an autopsy was performed and today the autopsy report of the body of the VB was submitted, from which findings it is concluded that the said person suffered injuries in the body area from five fired projectiles, while the autopsy findings for the other victims have not yet been submitted, as well as the findings of other expert examinations, so that only after the submission of all expert examination findings and consolidation of all evidence to be able to make a decision in the case," answered on August 2022 the manager and spokeswoman of that prosecution, senior state prosecutor Lepa Medenica.
In that case, in the capacity of a citizen, several persons were heard, among them Kaluđerović. That citizen of Cetinje told the prosecutor Andrijana Nastić his view of the events in the Medovina settlement.
During the bloody drama in which he also killed two minor children, Borilović randomly shot neighbors, emergency medical services, members of the police and passers-by with a hunting rifle.
Eight-year-old M., his three-year-old older brother M. and their mother Nataša Martinović (35) lost their lives in Borilović's murderous spree.
The Drecun family also buried three victims of neighbor Borilović - Rajko Drecun (56) and his parents Danica (74) and Dimitrije (81).
Among the innocent victims are thirty-seven-year-old Milan Mitrović, the godfather of the murdered Martinović, and Goran Đurišić (54) - Borilović's uncle, who was killed while trying to reason with him.
Borilović also killed two other neighbors, sisters Aleksandra (52) and Mila Radunović (50).
Before he was disabled from sowing death through the neighborhood where he lived, he wounded five more neighbors - Aleksandar Drecun, Slavica Zvicer, Filip Đurković, Mileva Ramadanović and Darinka Čelebić, as well as the policeman Ljubiša Maksimović, who was trying to subdue him.
The Basic State Prosecutor's Office is also working on elucidating the facts about the tragedy in Cetinje, in which ten people were killed and six were wounded.
They, on the order of the Acting Supreme State Prosecutor's Office, Maja Jovanović, are determining whether there were any omissions in the actions of members of the Intervention Unit of the Nikšić Security Center, which was engaged that day in the security of the Cetinje Monastery.
