This is what the lawyer of the accused Budimir Krstović, Dragoljub Đukanović, said today at the trial in the High Court in Podgorica.
Budimir Krstović and his daughter Marina were accused of smuggling 1.206 kilograms of cocaine.
Evidence is attached, a new translation of the communication between Marina Krstović and banana supplier Carlos Falkez.
The defendant explained that it was a business communication about the purchase of bananas.
She especially pointed out that she was interested in their quality, which is usually the case during every purchase of bananas.
The prosecution had no objection to the new translation.
"I want to point out that the prosecution, as the prosecutor has now stated, has no objection to this new evidence, the new translation, which denies the first translation on which the indictment is based," said lawyer Stefan Jovanović.
Lawyer Đukanović said that this new translation also proved what the defense claims.

Judge Vesna Kovačević, after the allegations of the defense, said that she no longer appreciates the previous translation, but that I should be guided by this new one.
"In the decision of the High Court Council to determine and extend the detention of the Krstovićs, the very communication that the interpreter Žana Tasan said she translated incorrectly is cited as the reason and evidence. You no longer value that first translation, which was rejected, but it is still cited as the reason for ordering detention," stressed lawyer Đukanović.
At the trial held on June 1, the court interpreter for the Spanish language, Jeana Tasan Mazzocco, stated in the High Court that she apologized for translating the communication from the English language, between Marina and the owner of the company from Ecuador, Carlos Falquezi.
"It took me. If I am sinful, may God forgive me," she said then.
