Several people were injured in two traffic accidents, in the towns of Kovren and Zaton.
According to "Vijesti", two vehicles were involved in the accident in Kovren at 17.40:XNUMX p.m. Fifty minutes later, five vehicles were involved in the accident in Zaton, according to the first information of "Vijesti".
The injured were immediately transported to the General Hospital in Bjelopolje, where they are being cared for, "News" from that health facility confirmed.
Of the 12 injured in both accidents, six received serious injuries, "Vijesti" learned from the hospital.
The accident on the main road in Zaton occurred when the driver of a "Mercedes" car, Ivan Gačević, heading from the direction of Bijelo Polje towards Berane, hit five cars that were moving from the opposite direction.
"Vijesti" from the Prosecutor's Office learned that Gačević lost control of the vehicle for reasons not yet determined, crossed over to the opposite lane and hit vehicles moving from the direction of Beran towards Bijelo Polje.
"In the vehicle "Iveko" pickup truck driven by AK, "Toyota" Hilux driven by DP, "Dacija logan", driver M.Ć. in whose vehicle was S.Ć as a passenger, and the "Polo" vehicle, behind the wheel of which MV was sitting. There were three other people in that vehicle," the News from the Prosecutor's Office informed.
In addition to the Mercedes driver Gačević (33), Ljeposava (85), Stojan (80) and Marko Čabarkapa (50), Srđan Obradović (31) and Srđan Filipović (25) were seriously injured.
The following were slightly injured: Mirko Veličković (47), Mladen Nišavić (29), Milan Ćorić, S.Ć (18), Jovan Perović (20) and Nikola Đurđević (24).
The on-site investigation was conducted by duty prosecutor Danilo Mrdak, along with authorized officers of the Security Center and traffic expert Stojan Zeković.
