Vijesti journalist Jadranka Ćetković said that she was prevented from making a press call, when Amel Zejnilović, from Bjelopol, ran into her in front of the High Court building.

Ćetković announced this today in the Basic Court, before which Zejnilović answered that on April 19, he first verbally attacked the journalist, and then tried to steal her phone, while she was on a work assignment in front of the courthouse.

Zejnilović denied guilt.

Prosecutor Ljubica Caković accuses him of having committed the criminal offense of coercion, i.e. that at around 13:XNUMX p.m. that day, in front of the Basic Court building in Bijelo Polje, he forcibly forced the injured party - journalist Ćetković "not to do work of public importance - recording and photographing the event ".

"The way he addressed her with the words in a raised tone - 'Hello, what are you recording, don't record', and then ran up to her, grabbed her mobile phone and disabled her from recording, telling her - 'Leave it, you can't record'" , it was announced earlier from the Basic State Prosecutor's Office in Bjelopolje.

Ćetković repeated that working in court is practically her second job, and that on that day, by agreement with the newsroom, she was given the task of monitoring the atmosphere during the sentencing of the verdict for "rape", because previously unofficial sources told the newsroom that they were gathering in front of the courtroom persons of security interest, as well as two persons with phantoms.

"Everything happened at high speed, I felt very threatened when a young man rushed towards me. He behaved very aggressively and the only thing I could do was to continue recording, so that the evidence would remain, but he stopped the recording after approaching me," she said. she.

Zejnilović said at the trial that during the incident he did not know that it was a journalist.

Zejnilović previously said that Ćetković "looked like an ordinary woman" to him, that is, that he did not know she was a journalist, but that his sister drew his attention to the fact that she was filming them:

"I approached her to tell her that she shouldn't film us, and at the time I didn't know that she was a journalist. Before her presentation... I tried to stop her recording with my finger on the phone... but I didn't succeed. I didn't hear that anyone yelled at this lady," he said earlier in the prosecution, sticking to that statement.

Defense lawyer Kasim Dizdarević objected to the journalist's statement, who stated that the journalist performed the task without adequate identification on the front, as well as a vest with the word "press" on it, insisting that the journalist illegally filmed children as well.

The trial continues on December 23, when the presentation of the videos is scheduled.

The journalist's legal representative, lawyer Mirko Bošković, announced that his conclusion was that the trial was intended to divert the focus from the subject of the criminal proceedings.

"It concerned the behavior of journalists according to the code of professional ethics, an attempt was made to dispute the behavior of journalists on a critical occasion, which I think has been established so far that it was not disputed, a lot of statements were made, which I consider to be unfounded, in the end they are not even important for the subject of this dispute," he said.

During the trial, defense lawyer Kasim Dizdarević asked when a prominent journalist's identification card must be worn, about the method of obtaining a work assignment, about the differences between performing professional and private work...

She did not accept some of the judges' questions, and when asked what could be the hallmark of a journalist, Ćetković replied that she would not educate lawyers about it, after which there was a lively discussion in which Dizdarević stated that Ćetković interferes in other court matters during his work assignments. processes and suggests to the witnesses what they will talk about.
