The trial of the defendants for the robbery of Prva banka in Berane, in the Bjelo Polje High Court, was postponed today due to the non-appearance of the defendant Miloš Ceković (32), who, along with Goran Milašinović (39), is responsible for the criminal offense of robbery.
Milan Brkić (18) and Filip Marjanović (19) from Belgrade are responsible for the same crime, but they are being tried in absentia, due to absconding.
Judge Ivan Adamović said that the hearing was postponed after the court was informed that Ceković, who previously had a traffic accident, had not yet recovered, for which medical documentation had been submitted.
According to the indictment, on March 13, 2012, around 9.20:161.036 a.m., two masked men entered the bank armed. One of them forced two employees to lie down on the floor with a gun, and the other forced the employee to give him money from the safe. During the robbery, they shot into the air, and then ran away with XNUMX euros.
"Brkić and Marjanović entered the bank's premises with a phantom and a scarf over their heads and ordered everyone to lie down on the floor. Then, threatening with a gun, they ordered the safe to be opened and took 161.036 euros. After that, Milašinović and Ceković were waiting for them and they got lost in two cars in an unknown direction. They wanted to commit the crime, according to a previous agreement," the indictment states.
