"By following the injured party without authorization during the specified period and taking other actions with the aim of physically approaching the injured party, he tried to establish contact with her against her will, both directly and through means of communication, even though the injured party blocked his phone number, and threatened to attack her life, body and freedom of her and those close to her", it says, among other things, in the explanation of the indictment.
It was also explained that he repeatedly intercepted her with his vehicle, blocking her way, blocking traffic and trying to forcibly open her car door...
During the same period, he left love messages for her under the windshield wipers, in front of the office, left baskets of flowers for her...jammed the office door. RV
The plaintiff saved
Because of everything that was reported to me and the people in my immediate environment, I felt threatened and feared for my safety. Although I did everything in my power, reported, waited for superior police officers, explained how scared I was, I didn't feel any protection. On the contrary. I felt that my hands and feet were tied... I was not allowed to surrender. I wanted to live. I kept fighting and I got through. I found salvation on October 7, when I opened the door of the prosecutor Maja Janković's office," writes the letter of the victim NJ
She demanded that the authorities determine the individual and institutional responsibility of those to whom she filed criminal charges:
"In order to ensure the consistent application of standards and procedures established by law for the protection of victims and the sanctioning of abusers," she said.
The Police Administration did not respond to the News' questions about the reports submitted by the injured party, nor how they were handled.
