The Cetinje Committee of the Civic Movement of the URA of Cetinje condemned the attack by the security forces of the Democratic Front MP Milan Knežević on Ivan Gardašević.
"The misconduct and physical assaults of the members of his security on Gardašević, especially in the presence of older family members, are absolutely reprehensible," announced the Cetinje URA.
As they said, Knežević's statement about carrying a weapon as well as the attempt to mislead the public about the alleged attack on him are particularly reprehensible, considering that he is a member of the Montenegrin parliament whose behavior should be a role model for all citizens.
"Such examples of behavior cause the contempt of every well-intentioned citizen. We call on all our fellow citizens and citizens of Montenegro to make an effort to build a civil, tolerant and just Montenegro," the Cetinje URA concludes in a statement.
On the video of yesterday's incident in front of Podgorica Airport, in which one of the leaders of the Democratic Front and the president of the Parliamentary Committee for Security and Defense Milan Knežević participated, he can see that Knežević's security initiates physical contact with Ivan Gardašević.
