The Basic Court in Podgorica confirmed the indictment brought by the Basic State Prosecutor's Office in Podgorica against the defendant MG for the crime of "aggravated theft".
The indictment states that on July 19, 2022, at around 21.00:XNUMX p.m., in the Vrela Ribnička neighborhood in the Konik neighborhood in Podgorica, being aware of his act, which he wanted to commit and knowing that his act was prohibited, by breaking into someone else's movable property, he took it from another with the intention to obtain an illegal property benefit by appropriating it.
By using physical force, he broke a window from the back of the house, entered and stole an "MS Energy" electric scooter with a charger worth 606,04 euros from the corridor, thereby committing the crime of aggravated theft, according to the indictment of state prosecutor Nikola Boričić in the Basic State Prosecutor's Office.
