The duty judge of the Court for Misdemeanors in Budva, Katarina Vujačić Vuksanović, in an emergency procedure, sentenced the defendant, a citizen of Serbia, PV (32) with a temporary residence in Budva, to 15 days in prison.
"He was sanctioned because today the traffic patrol found him driving a passenger motor vehicle in Popa Jola Zeca Street under the influence of alcohol in a concentration of 2,50 g/kg in the body. He was banned from driving vehicles on the territory of Montenegro for the maximum duration "The defendant was sent to UIKS Spuž to serve his sentence immediately after the decision was pronounced," announced the President of the Court for Misdemeanors in Budva, Marko Đukanović.
