The Swiss gave 210.000 euros for the murder in Ritopek

RSwitzerland is coming he ordered to kill himself Milan Ljepoja, and he rewarded the six Serbian citizens who participated in that crime with 35.000 euros each.

This is stated in the files of the Special State Prosecutor's Office (SDT) against the alleged leader of the Kavac criminal clan and the group he led.

Ljepoja was allegedly a member of a group of thieves, the so-called "Pink Panthers", and Zviter gave the order for his liquidation, according to the documents, because he considered him a member of an opposing criminal organization and one of the participants in the attempt to kill him in Kiev, Ukraine.

"We caught a live executioner", it is written in one of the messages sent to Zvicer by the members of the Kavčana from Serbia, after they lured and captured Ljepoja in a house in the Ritopek neighborhood of Belgrade.

That group, he writes, was made up of them Veljko Belivuk, Marko Miljkovic, Nebojsa Jankovic, Srdjan Lalic, Marko Budimir, Dejan Tesic, Marko Andric, Vlado Draganić, Bojan Hrvatin i Nemanja Đurić.

It is explained that first Andrić, on the order of Belivuk, found out where Ljepoja was and what he was doing in Niš, and then Miljković lured him to come to Belgrade - by telling him that he was selling an armored vehicle that he wanted to buy...

"For what reason, after the victim Ljepoja accepted this false offer, on December 08, 12, in the yard of the house in Belgrade - Ritopek... they drove and parked an armored BMW vehicle... in order to more convincingly lure the victim Ljepoja to entered the yard and the house," according to SDT files.

So there, it is added, they all beat, tortured and interrogated him together in order to extort information that interested them about rival criminal groups and the alleged participation of Ljepoja in the attempted murder of Zvicer in Ukraine.

"During which time the injured Ljepoja suffered severe pain and suffering and they forced him to unlock his phone in order to see who he was in contact with and when".

It is stated that Belivuk, Hrvatin, Lalić and Janković then drowned him by putting bags over his head and then tightening them with a wire... Belivuk, it is added, then cut his throat with a knife.

The prosecutor's office claims that Belivuk, Budimir, Hrvatin, Draganić and Janković then cut Ljepoja's body into smaller pieces, then took photos of the massacred corpse and shared those photos with each other, but also sent them to the victim's contacts.

It is said that they ground the body in an industrial meat grinder, put it in PVC sacks, took it to the Danube and threw it away. They poured gasoline on Ljepoja's personal belongings and set them on fire...

"For what actions did the defendant Zvicer Radoje reward the six accomplices with 35.000e each", the documents add.

The well-founded suspicion, as he writes, that Zvicer committed that criminal offense stems from the content of the text messages he exchanged with other members of the criminal organization.

"'Let's do at least him by Nova, to cement the result', 'I hope we brightened your day, look at his contacts, do you know anyone... He swears by a rat that he has nothing to do with Ukraine'", are some of the messages which they exchanged with Switzerland.

The indictment arrived in court

The Special Prosecutor's Office recently filed an indictment against the Swiss criminal group, which, according to the SDT, also includes suspended officers of the National Security Agency. Petar Lazovic and the Police Directorate Ljubo Milović.

Lazović's detention was then extended, while Milović is on the run.

In the order for the SDT investigation, it is stated that thirty-two-year-old Lazović and seven-year-old Milović followed members of the Skaljar criminal clan who were put on the kill list by Zvicer. In that document, it is explained that the potential victims were monitored on the orders of the head of the Swiss clan.

Zvicer, Lazović, Milović, Radovan Pantović, Radoje Živković, Nikola Spasojevic, Milan Vujotić, Nikša Perović i Duško Roganovića, SDT suspects that the members of the criminal group are also responsible for international cocaine smuggling, smuggling, illegal possession of weapons, abuse of official position...

Lazović was arrested on July 18. A day later, members of the Special Police Department also handcuffed Pantović.

In the files of the SDT, it is written that in the second half of 2020, Lazović and Milović became members of the criminal organization formed by Zvicer, one as an ANB officer working in the Police Directorate, the other as an UP officer.

"And in order to realize the criminal plan, they accepted to carry out the orders and instructions of the organizer of the criminal organization, the defendant Zvicer Radoj, which were transmitted to them directly or through other members of the criminal organization, to follow the members of the opposing criminal organization for whom the organizer determines to take their lives and to they inform the organizer and other members of the criminal organization about this," it is written in the files of the prosecution.

That prosecutor's case was formed again at the beginning of May, by order of the chief special prosecutor Vladimir Novović.

Four months earlier, the special prosecutor Sasa Cadjenovic, analyzing the same evidence on the basis of which Lazović was arrested, assessed that there are no elements of a criminal offense for which prosecution is undertaken ex officio. The decision to investigate Lazović's connection with the Kavačka criminal clan was made by Chief Special Prosecutor Vladimir Novović after, in early May, the Libertas portal announced that according to Europol data from the Sky ECC application, he and Milović are members of the Kavačka clan and are directly involved in smuggling large quantities of cocaine from South America to the European Union and Australia, as well as the smuggling of weapons and cigarettes for coffee shops.

The special prosecutor and his team have since analyzed more than 700.000 intercepted messages exchanged through the encrypted SKY Ecc application.

On that application, Lazović allegedly used the nicknames Junior and Komandos, Milović was the Evil Officer and Lieutenant, and Zvicer used the nicknames Born and Komita.

Prosecutor Čađenović was recently arrested on suspicion of being part of that criminal clan.

The killers from Belgrade also worry about Zvicer's finances, so they tell him in phone messages that there were a lot of them during the liquidation of Ljepoja.

"Let's go brother, there were many of us. We need to reduce it. Kratos and I don't want anything, Flash, Leo, Barry, Hell, Cantona and the Engineer... you tell me how much to give them. No one came today for money... And I'm glad if you just get rid of those garbage men in prison," one of the messages states.

Further on, they talk about the murder of Zvoncet, and one of the group announces to Zvicer: "The bullet is golden, what are we going to do with it"...

"Godfather, did Zvoncet go... hahaha... So, he was captured by his brothers, he knows enough to say, good luck to him, as what will happen to many who deserve it... Call Zvoncet immediately, godfathers, we are working on him under urgent, but if we fire Zvoncet, Rat will suffer a lot", they reply to the messages from Montenegro.
