At the session chaired by Acting Supreme State Prosecutor Maja Jovanović, the Prosecutor's Council considered, among other things, recommendations from the report of the non-governmental organization Action for Human Rights (HRA) on the implementation of the Strategy for the Investigation of War Crimes of the State Prosecutor's Office of Montenegro for 2021-2022. year.
As announced, the Council considered 11 complaints about the work of state prosecutors and heads of state prosecution offices regarding the legality of their work.
The conclusion was reached that comprehensive reports should be obtained from certain state prosecutor's offices regarding the handling of cases that were formed in connection with the illegal exploitation of gravel.
At the session, the Council delegated a member of that body to Siniša Gazivoda as the representative of the Prosecutor's Council in the Council for the Rule of Law.
