Eighteen-year-old LR from Podgorica will be held criminally responsible for violence against a fellow citizen three years younger.
The 14-year-old was beaten on February XNUMX in Podgorica, while he was sitting with several friends in the area of the former Morača barracks.
"Vijesta" was unofficially told by the Police Directorate that the investigation established the identity of the teenagers who were with LR that night, but that they did not beat the fifteen-year-old.
According to "Vijesti" knowledge, LR will be responsible for violent behavior.
The beaten fifteen-year-old is the son of a businessman from Podgorica, and "Vijesti" was told that the attack on the teenager had nothing to do with his father's business.
The Police Administration (UP) has officially announced that the Podgorica police have identified a person who physically attacked a minor in the building of the former barracks.
"Namely, the police acted on the report of a 15-year-old minor, who entered the official premises in the presence of his parents and stated that on February 14, around 19 p.m., he was physically attacked by several persons in the building of the former barracks. He sustained injuries on that occasion "After a series of actions, the police called three people, AG (19), OK (19) and LR (18) to the official premises," the UP press release points out.
They added that through the criminal investigation, the police came to suspect that the injured minor was physically attacked by LR, and that AG and OK were witnesses to this event.
"The state prosecutor in the Basic State Prosecutor's Office in Podgorica was informed about everything, who ordered that a criminal complaint be filed against LR due to the suspicion that he committed the crime of violent behavior," concludes the statement of the UP.
