"Vijesti" asked the Basic State Prosecutor's Office and the Police Directorate about the case and whether it is possibly connected to the latest cases of peer violence in Podgorica.
The Police Directorate told "Vijesti" that it was an old recording, which can be concluded from the facade of the school, which was renovated last year.
Police believe the attack happened last winter.
"This case was not reported at the time, and after the publication of the video, we are working on identification," said the UP.
Police assumptions are that Lazar Radulović is behind the masked "black threes".
