The suspect for buying MV ID cards, and because of the danger of repeating the criminal act and influencing witnesses, was ordered into custody.
This was announced by the judge and spokesperson of the Basic Court in Podgorica, Ivana Becić.
As she said, this is a person who has been convicted multiple times before, and in the previous proceedings he defended himself by remaining silent, while in the further course of the proceedings, more witnesses should be heard.
"So the investigating judge appreciated that there are specific circumstances that indicate that the suspect would repeat the criminal offense or influence the witnesses if he was at liberty, so detention was necessary and necessary," the statement reads.
