Police officer Marko Novakovic (35) delivered to a colleague Ljub Milović (39) official findings and information, which the latter forwarded to the head of the Kavaka criminal clan Happy Switzerland.
This is indirectly stated in the police notification about the filing of a criminal complaint against those two officers of the Police Directorate, due to the suspicion that they helped to kill the now deceased Jovan Vukotic, the leader of the opposing Skaljar criminal group.
They are accused of participating twice in 2020 in the attempt to liquidate that Kotor resident, whose murder was prevented once in front of the Kotor Security Department - by the arrest of the accused member of Zvicer's team Petar Mujović.
The news was then unofficially told that Mujović initially confessed to everything. However, after talking with some officers of the Police Administration, he denied everything and was sentenced to only five months in prison - for illegal possession of weapons.
The Police Administration announced yesterday that members of the Special Police Department filed a report against Milović and Novaković four days ago:
"Because of the well-founded suspicion that they committed the criminal offense of creating a criminal organization and attempted murder by assisting, while MN is charged with the criminal offense of abuse of official position. Lj. M. and MN are charged with the criminal offense of attempted murder by aiding and abetting, to the detriment of a member of an opposing criminal organization, the victim, now deceased, JV in two events from 2020," explained the UP.
In the announcement, they add that in connection with one of those two events, Mujović was announced by a final judgment and sentenced to prison.
"We remind you that PM was deprived of his liberty on October 21, 2020, in front of the Kotor Security Department, on which occasion a pistol with a striker in the rear position, ready for use, was found with him, which had a polished factory number with a frame containing 14 pieces of ammunition, with a bullet in the barrel, and how was the murder of JV prevented", the police announced.
They explain that Novaković, as an active employee of the Police Administration, assigned to the Security Department of Kotor, by abuse of his official position, delivered the available knowledge and information of the Police Administration to Milović:
"Which he reached by performing official actions, while Lj. M. forwarded that information to the organizer of the criminal group and to other persons".
Stop in front of the tunnel
After the arrest of Mujović in front of the police building prevented the liquidation of Vukotić, sources close to the late Kotoranin said that Nikšićanin was disarmed in front of the Kotor Security Department by the bodyguard of the leader of the Skaljars. Dragoljub Ćetković.
They also explained that Mujović had previously followed Vukotić in a vehicle, who was stopped by the police in front of the Vrmac tunnel that day around 15:XNUMX p.m.
After they told him that he had to go to the police premises to collect information from him, Vukotić asked to be served with a summons.
"After almost an hour, they brought a summons and went to the station. While Jovan was sitting inside, he saw that one of the policemen was bringing in a 'Czech zbrojevka' and told them that he could shoot it. There was a commotion, and then Ćetković came in and told him - 'I caught him, with a bullet in the barrel of the gun'. Vukotić asked who, and the latter explained that this Mujović, whom he disarmed in front of the police station, followed them all the time, even for almost an hour while they were waiting for the summons for questioning," said one of Vukotić's defense attorneys at the time.
Although in the first days of the investigation it was unofficially said that the messages of those who ordered the murder were found in Mujović's encrypted phone, the identity of those persons was not announced.
Mujović is his own brother Radovan Mujović, the alleged leader of the Nikšić branch of the Kavac criminal clan.
Vukotić has repeatedly warned that the police are making a clay pigeon out of him, stating that this is why they are confiscating his armored cars. He publicly accused several police officials of working for the blacksmith clan.
Dismissed the report against the policemen
In early 2021, Vukotić's legal representatives filed a criminal complaint against several police officers who in October 2020 ordered him to come to the Kotor police station, where he was being stalked by a hired killer.
In the report, they described the events of that day, stating that the police asked that Kotor resident to immediately report to the Security Department (OB), but that no one asked him anything there, but that he just waited in the corridor.
They also explained then that while Vukotić, accompanied by the police and personal security, was walking towards the entrance to the police station, Petar Mujović was standing directly in front of the main entrance - armed and with an encrypted phone in his hand.
Kotor Basic Prosecutor's Office rejected the report...
All attempted murders...
At the end of March, the extrajudicial panel of the High Court in Podgorica confirmed the indictment against Petar Mujović, accused of murdering Jovan Vukotić on the orders of Radoj Zvicer and Slobodan Kašćelan.
Mujović was indicted by the SDT after Sky Communications revealed that, on the orders of Radoj Zvicer and Slobodan Kašćelan, he was supposed to kill Jovan Vukotić on July 31, 2020 in Bar, at the funeral of his godfather and leader of the Bar group, Alan Kožar.
Vukotić was released from custody three days before Kožar's funeral, after the investigation against him was suspended and he was acquitted of the attempted murder of Miloš Radonjić and Vojin Stupar.
The plan to kill the leader of the Skaljars on July 31, 2020 failed because Vukotić did not come to the funeral but, as stated in the indictment, stayed at the house of the Kožar family.
The second plan according to which Mujović was supposed to kill Vukotić was during the voting in the parliamentary elections on August 30, 2020, but Vukotić did not come to vote.
According to the indictment, Mujović was part of the third plan to kill Vukotić, which failed - in October of the same year, in front of the Kotor police building.
Jovan Vukotić was killed on September 8, 2022 in Turkey.
The confirmed indictment includes Zvicer, Kašćelan, Ljubo Milović, Petar Lazović, Radoje Živković, Milan Vujotić and others...
