Budva's DJ (46) was sentenced to 40 days in prison because he drove a vehicle the previous night with 2,05 per thousand of alcohol in his blood.
This was announced by the president of the court for misdemeanors in Budva, Marko Đukanović, and added that DJ was also banned from driving for four months and three penalty points, which will be implemented after serving the sentence.
The announcement states that in a separate proceeding, a fine was imposed on a citizen of the Russian Federation GD (2002) for possessing a small amount of marijuana in the amount of 325 euros, which the defendant did not pay, so it was replaced by a prison sentence of 13 days.
"Immediately after the decision was handed down, the defendant was sent to serve his sentence at UIKS Spuž," the announcement states.
Đukanović said that the narcotic drug was permanently confiscated and that it will be handed over to the Police Directorate (UP) for further procedures for destruction.
