"We publicly apologize to the boys who were victims of violence and hooliganism in Bar, and we believe that every honest citizen of Montenegro, brought up in the debt of their ancestors - to be a good host and a good friend to all well-intentioned people - apologizes to them and is ashamed of the actions of the group of bullies." , they said from that NGO.
