Bijelo Polje: Postponed trial for attempted murder in Berane

According to the warrant issued by the High Court in Bijelo Polje, German Interpol arrested fugitive Kenan Sujković (28) from Beran, who will be extradited to Montenegro, while a warrant was issued for fugitive Radomir Đukić (39).

This was announced yesterday in the High Court, before which the trial of the Beranci, who are charged with the criminal offense of aggravated murder in an attempted encounter with illegal possession of weapons, was supposed to begin, but was postponed today in the High Court in Bijelo Polje.

The court previously issued a decision on the detention of both men at the moment when they are deprived of their liberty.

Judge Ivan Adamović said that the court was informed by OB Beran that Đukić, according to his father's statement, "has not been home for a long time and that he does not know where he is".

According to the indictment, Đukić tried to take the lives of Kenan and Ismet Sujković, Miomir and Aleksandar Marsenić and Nino Jašarović on January 5 of this year, around 12:40, in Ulica čvetre Crnogorska brigade in Berane, in front of the restaurant "Eks", in a sane state. , who were sitting on the terrace of the "Park" bar.

"Djukić, at the moment when they saw him and came to the sidewalk in front of the bar, in their direction, fired several projectiles from a gun of an unknown brand, caliber 7, 65 millimeters.

One of the projectiles hit Nino Jašarović and seriously injured him, while Đukić endangered the life of Radovan Davidović, who was sitting in the bar, and who escaped without injury.

The indictment further states that he fired projectiles in the direction of Kenan and Ismet Sujković, Miomir and Aleksandar Marsenić, who, as it is well-founded suspicion, wanted to take their lives, which did not hit them, but only caused damage to the vehicles that were was parked nearby.

Kenan Sujković is accused of trying to take Đukić's life at the moment when Đukić was firing projectiles in their direction, firing several projectiles from a 9 mm pistol of an unknown brand, which he was carrying without authorization. He is charged with endangering the life of Ivo Rabrenović, who was in the "Eks" cafe-bar, and inflicting serious, life-threatening bodily injury on him.
