The record of the autopsy of the diver AS (28) has not been submitted to the Podgorica Higher State Prosecutor's Office, and the case in which the prosecutor is determining the cause of his death is in the investigation phase.

The 13.40-year-old diver was reported missing yesterday around 1:XNUMX p.m., and his body with visible injuries in the head area was pulled out three hours later on the "SAR-XNUMX" rescue boat.
The Directorate of Maritime Safety and Port Management (UPSUL) was notified that a diver had disappeared near Port Milena, at the beginning of Velika plaža in Ulcinj.
UPSUL uses the maritime traffic monitoring and control system to determine the movement of vessels in the area where the diver died.
"In the Higher State Prosecutor's Office in Podgorica, a case was established regarding the discovery of the lifeless body of diver AS on 10 May 5, whose disappearance was reported on the same day, which case is currently under investigation. event, the prosecution ordered an autopsy of the body, the report of which has not yet been submitted to the prosecution. Also, the prosecution ordered the Ulcinj OB Police Department to collect the necessary information, and after a comprehensive analysis of all collected data and evidence, the prosecution will undertake other necessary actions for which the need arises in order to determine all the circumstances of the event in question and to make a decision in the case," Medenica told "Vijesta".
