The Budva police arrested a Serbian citizen, DM (22), who is suspected of the attempted murder of a Turkish citizen.

It was "confirmed by the news" in the police.

She is suspected to have inflicted multiple stab wounds to a Turkish citizen with a knife in the Lazi neighborhood of Budva yesterday.

The officers of the Security Department (OB) Budva, as stated in the announcement of the Police Administration (UP), on the order of the state prosecutor of the Higher State Prosecutor's Office in Podgorica, arrested MD (21) on suspicion of having tried to kill HB (31), a citizen of the Republic of Turkey.

"Yesterday around 10.00:XNUMX a.m., in Kanjoša Macedonovića Street, in the premises of a house, there was first a verbal and then a physical conflict between MD and her mother on the one hand and HB on the other, during which, it is suspected, MD using a sharp object - a knife inflicted a stab wound on the injured HB in the back area," said the UP.

As they said, the injured person was given medical help, and the police conducted an investigation on the spot.

"The suspected MD will be brought to the competent prosecutor today with a criminal complaint for further jurisdiction and action," said the UP.
