Jovan Martinović, former executive director of the Fund for Environmental Protection - Eko Fond, and Andrej Nedović, an employee of that company, have had their detention extended for two months, Marija Raković, spokeswoman for the High Court in Podgorica, confirmed to "Vijesta".
The two were arrested in mid-April on the order of the SDT, due to suspicion that they improperly obtained benefits of over 20 million euros from Veselin Pejović's Uniprom company.
Martinović headed the Eco Fund until May 2021, and Nedović held the position of director of the Finance, Project Preparation and Implementation Sector in that fund.
The first was a deputy of DPS, the head of the Cetinje committee and is currently a member of the Main Committee of that party.
