The rescue operation of Polish tourists from the hill above the Ljuta settlement was successfully completed this morning, said the Kotor Fire Department.
The tourists were, as they say, rescued with the help of a helicopter of the Army of Montenegro.
"We thank the helicopter crew for the quick action, as well as members of the ZHMP and the Kotor Hospital," they wrote on their Facebook.
They also add that firefighters from Perast and Kotor participated in the rescue operation.
"We hope that after the use of military resources, they will finally start solving this extremely big problem for us firefighters," concluded the Kotor Fire Department.
