The member of the Democratic Party of Socialists (DPS) Dragica Sekulić denied at the hearing that she had committed any criminal act.
One of her defense attorneys, lawyer Nikola Martinović, pointed out that she was heard based on the report submitted by the Government and signed by Prime Minister in technical mandate Dritan Abazović.
He also added that Sekulić told the prosecutor that she had an unresolved housing issue, that as a member of the Commission she had never obtained a material benefit for herself or others, but also that all decisions made by that body were in fact Government decisions.
She is one of the suspects in the Stanovi affair, and earlier today in the same case special prosecutor Vukas Radonjić questioned her party colleagues Predrag Bošković and Suad Numanović.
They denied guilt.
Hearings in that case will continue in the following days.
These are the first hearings following the application of the current Government of Prime Minister Dritan Abazović.
