They were heard by a special prosecutor Vukas Radonjic, which of them, Ivan Brajović, Drazen Miličković, Suad Numanovića, Dragica Sekulić and the former president of the Commission Predrag Bošković, suspects that they distributed apartments and loans to privileged individuals from all three branches of government in violation of the law.
Sehovic's lawyer, Nikola Martinovic, after the hearing, told reporters that his client clearly pointed out to the prosecutor that he had no responsibility or guilt for his membership in the Commission that dealt with housing issues.
"Of course, he gave an explanation of all the unexplained circumstances that could cause any doubt among the state authorities, explained how the Commission worked and, most importantly, he gave the background of this criminal complaint, which is that the background is to help the political campaign for the upcoming elections created by the outgoing prime minister Dritan Abazovc. "He announced that this criminal complaint is part of political folklore and a cheap marketing trick by Dritan Abazović who is trying to raise his rating before the upcoming elections," said Martinović.

He added that Šehović asked the prosecutor to make a decision as soon as possible in this legal matter so that all the facts would be absolutely clarified and the burden would be removed from his name, because he feels that he is an honorable man who has not committed any criminal offense ", said the lawyer.
All of them, heard until yesterday, claimed to the prosecutor that they worked legally in the Commission, that the treasury was not in their hands, but in the hands of the Government, and that the executive power made decisions, not them.

In the supplement to the criminal report, which was filed by Abazović, and according to which the SDT is acting, it is written that the Commission made decisions on the allocation of housing units contrary to the Decision on criteria for solving the housing needs of officials.

The decision stipulates that the official solves the housing issue based on renting an apartment or buying it on more favorable terms.
"From the attached documentation, it is evident that the Commission allocated apartments in such a way that without exception they leased them for an indefinite period of time, with the right to purchase the apartment on favorable terms," the supplement to the criminal report states.
According to the document, the Commission referred to the article of the Decision, according to which "the Commission, with the consent of the Government, can solve the housing needs of individual officials without advertising... in accordance with the law".
