The Podgorica police filed ten criminal charges against 14 people on suspicion of having participated in issuing false certificates of covid-19 immunization.
"Acting on the reports of the Podgorica Health Center, in the continuation of the 'Covid' campaign, which is being carried out with the aim of discovering and prosecuting persons who participated in the issuance of false certificates on covid19 immunization, ten criminal charges were filed against 14 persons," the police administration said.
They add that the police filed a criminal complaint against MV (27), a medical worker, to the state prosecutor in the Basic State Prosecutor's Office in Podgorica on suspicion of having committed the criminal offense of falsifying an official document for an extended period of time.
"Criminal charges have been filed against thirteen citizens, ages 21 to 72, on suspicion of having committed criminal acts of forging documents. Podgorica police officers, in cooperation with the competent prosecutor's office, will continue to carry out the aforementioned activities," they conclude in the announcement.
