Tax inspectors already, less than two months ago, inspected "Salon Prive" and did not find any irregularities, and during the inspection it was noticed that they did not pay 1.092 euros in real estate rental tax, which was done during the inspection.
"The verification of the regularity of income and expenses did not reveal any irregularities, it is written in the minutes of the inspection supervision", which is signed by tax inspector Branko Nikčević.
That is why it is surprising that the Minister of Finance, Aleksandar Damjanović, has now remembered supervision and inspections, said for "Vijesti" the legal representative of the club for games of chance "Salona Priva", lawyer Ratko Pantović.
Pantović also explained that during the control, the "famous crypto machine" was in the salon in Tivat and that it was controlled. Because of that crypto machine, he reminded, the owner of "Salon Priva" was interrogated a year ago, and the prosecutor's office assessed that he did not commit any criminal offense by possessing that electronic device.
"Less than two months ago, a detailed control of the business of Salon Priva was carried out and no irregularities were observed. We call on any state authority to carry out any control, because we have nothing to hide, but he made it clear that this is a very bad intention of Minister Damjanović and a dirty political campaign. I emphasize, during the surveillance in April, the famous crypto machine was in the Priva Salon and was controlled," said Pantović.
Damjanović recently called the crypto machine illegal, and then the police claimed that it was owned by the British aristocrat George Cottrell, now George Co.
Pantović denied both information, explaining that it is owned by Hon Kong Yong and that a year ago they asked the authorities for an explanation as to whether they were allowed to import and install that electronic device, and that the crypto machine was not installed illegally.
After that, on June 13, Damjanović ordered the Directorate of Revenue and Customs (UPC) to carry out an inspection control of that facility where members of the Department for Suppression of Economic Crime, after the control, found a crypto machine used for trading digital currencies in Montenegro.
"Bearing in mind the above, it is necessary from the perspective of the jurisdiction of the UPC, which you manage, to carry out control in the designated facility in accordance with the applicable regulations and to inform the ministry about the activities undertaken without delay," stated Damjanović in a letter to UPC director Vladimir Bulajić.
