Vojin Stupar from Kotor, close to the Kavačac criminal clan, was found wounded near the Vrmac tunnel, the Police Administration (UP) told "Vijesti" unofficially.
According to the same information, Stupar has a gunshot wound in the jaw area.
The UP unofficially said that they were informed that a wounded man was found near the Vrmac tunnel and was asking for help, after which the police officers went to the scene and determined that it was Stupar.
He was transported to the General Hospital (OB) Kotor for medical assistance.
An interlocutor close to the investigation said that Stupar had a gunshot wound in the area of the lower jaw and that they are determining how the wounding occurred on the orders of the prosecutor.
Allegedly, he told the inspectors that he had wounded himself, however, the gun was not found and his statement is doubted.
Stupar was arrested in November last year in Kotor.

Portal N1 previously announced that Stupar is a member of the so-called "witch clan".
Stupar is the son-in-law of Igor Božović, who is considered one of the leaders of the Kavački clan.
He is known to the public after, allegedly, in 2017, he was shot by the leader of the Skaljar criminal clan, the late Jovan Vukotić.
Vukotić was acquitted of those charges.
