Kuwaiti citizen MA (37) was fined EUR 2.000 in urgent proceedings before the Court of Misdemeanors in Budva because the previous evening on the Adriatic road he drove a vehicle under the influence of alcohol in a high concentration, causing a traffic accident with material damage.
"In addition to the fine, which was charged to him immediately after it was pronounced, the court banned him from driving for four months," said Marko Đukanović, president of the Budva Misdemeanor Court.
