This morning, officers of the Special Police Department (SPO) arrested Barane Milan Janković, Milan Milović, Tonij Junčaj and Alen Đolević from Tuzi and Podgorica, Filip Krstonijević and Spasoj Zlaticanin on suspicion of creating a criminal organization and smuggling drugs from Albania, through Montenegro and further to Bosnia. and Herzegovina.
In the police action, Slađan Đinović from Golubovac was also arrested.
The arrests were made by order of the Special State Prosecutor's Office (STP).

The action of SPO officers is ongoing, and with the orders approved by the investigating judge of the High Court in Podgorica, they are searching the apartments and houses of those arrested in Bar and Podgorica.
During the day, the suspects will be brought to the SPO building, and then to the Special State Prosecutor's Office.
SDT spokesman and prosecutor Vukas Radonjić told "Vijesta" that criminal charges have been filed against four more people for creating a criminal organization.
"The Special Police Department, by order of the Special State Prosecutor's Office, today deprived MJ, TJ, S.Dj., SZ, A.Dj., FK and MM, B of their freedom, both against them, but also against DV, A.Lj. and NP, who are in prison in Montenegro or abroad, and BV, who is not accessible to state authorities, filed a criminal complaint for the criminal offense of creating a criminal organization," Radonjić announced.
He added that the previously collected evidence from which the basis for suspecting that MJ and TJ, in 2021 and 2022, created a criminal organization, which aimed to smuggle narcotic drugs, on the territory of Montenegro, Albania, Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia and Austria, whose members became other persons deprived of liberty and other, so far unknown, persons.
"Persons deprived of their liberty will be questioned as suspects within the legal term," said Radonjić.
It was officially announced from the Police Directorate that the SPO officers together with the officers of the Department for the fight against drugs today, on the order of the SDT, with the support of the officers of the Podgorica Security Department, the Bar Security Department and the Special Police Unit, arrested seven people on suspicion of having committed the criminal offense of criminal organizations and the criminal offense of unauthorized production, possession and distribution of narcotic drugs.
"Searches are underway at several locations in several cities in Montenegro. The following were deprived of their liberty: MJ from Bar, MM from Bar, TJ from Tuza, A.Đ. from Tuza, S.Đ. from Golubovac, SZ from Podgorica and FK from Podgorica," the Police Administration said in a statement.
