In the Block VI settlement in Podgorica, a middle-aged man intercepted the girls in the past few days, followed them, threw vulgar sentences at them and undressed in front of them, after which the parents filed a complaint, the Parents.me portal reported.
They state that the police detained the man, but also that the prosecutor assessed that there were no elements of a criminal offense but that it was a misdemeanor for which he was fined 1.000 euros.
His parents, reports the portal, describe him as bald, about 40 years old, well-dressed and riding a bicycle.
"The police confirmed to the Parents.me portal that they acted on the report, that they identified the person and that the prosecutor of the Basic State Prosecutor's Office in Podgorica declared that there were no elements of a criminal offense. He was deprived of his liberty under Article 7 of the Law on Public Order and Peace. it is written to the member that whoever grossly insults another in a public place or otherwise behaves particularly brazenly, shamelessly or offensively, will be punished for the offense with a fine of 250 euros to 1.000 euros or a prison sentence of up to 60 days".
The portal Parents.me also writes that the parents claim that it is the same man who, on a bicycle, stopped at the turning near the "Pavle Rovinski" elementary school in early May and showed his genitals to the children.
