The investigating judge of the Basic Court of Kotor, Spiro Pavićević, ordered the detention of IM Kotorani for up to 30 days, who is charged with assaulting a police officer and destroying and damaging a police car.

IM was sent to the Investigation Prison in Spuška.
The Kotor police arrested IM A on suspicion of having committed the criminal offense of assaulting an official in the performance of official duties.
The police said that officers of the Kotor Security Department arrested IM, who was found to have a small amount of substance suspected to be cocaine.
According to reports, IM tried to leave the scene at the time of the control, which police officers prevented with the use of coercive means.
"When arriving in front of the building of the Kotor Security Department, at the moment of approaching with an official patrol vehicle, IM physically attacked a police officer from a sitting position, kicking him in the head," the statement said.
The police said that a police officer was slightly injured on that occasion.
After that, they added, the suspect hit the front windshield and interior mirror of the official patrol vehicle, causing damage.
"The prosecutor in the Basic State Prosecutor's Office in Kotor was informed of all of the above, on whose order IM was arrested on suspicion of having committed the criminal offense of assault on an official in the performance of his official duties in conjunction with the criminal offense of destruction and damage to another's property," the announcement states. .
