Accused security guard Petar Lazović bragged to Radoj Zvicer, the head of the Kavački clan, that he was torturing the arrested persons, whom they assumed were members of the organized criminal group Skaljar clan, and was extorting statements from them.
"A small bag, a small forest, a small river, a small hawthorn stake", Lazović sends a message in a group chat to Zvicer and his fugitive colleague Ljubo Milović.
In this way, he explained what he would do if the arrested did not want to admit anything...
He sent that message through the encrypted Sky application, after the police officers arrested Goran Brajović (28) from Podgorica and two Colombian citizens - Aleksandar Kostan Caso Jose (46) and Kaisedo Bandoj Juan David (32).
That action was carried out after Zvicer, the day before, informed two policemen that "two butchers" had entered the country illegally.
"Tonight, two butchers came in with the rrb. They are foreigners and were brought in by Risto, they were kept in the house on Viluse", wrote Zvicer, who used the nickname Born on the encrypted application.
He also explains to the policemen that the rrb is a hand-held rocket launcher and that it will be brought in by Mitar Knežević through the forest.
However, after the arrest, although at his behest Lazović, as he writes, "raised the border" and two of his teams, Zvicer criticizes him for having done it too quickly.
“You rolled them too fast. He would know the stake, the target, everything," Switzer sends him, and then adds that he had yet to find out what task the Colombians had.
"I don't know, I had yet to find out, but they are kamikaze as they say. They need to be squeezed, it's a spy from the gypsies," answers the head of the clan to Lazović's question as to which bar the Colombians were supposed to "run into"...
The policeman then sends photographed passports of two Colombian citizens, a photographed ID card of Brajović and his photo from Instagram to the group chat.
He also photographed the three arrested persons, but also how one of them was holding a gun in his mouth, and how they put handcuffs on the hands of the other and a paper bag over his head.
He also conveys to them information about how they "interrogate" the arrested and that after the police let them go, but also asks Milović to send a certain Vuk with the keys to the handcuffs.
"Officer, tell Vuk to bring us the keys to the handcuffs, 2,3, XNUMX different ones, because we have no range up there," Lazović sends.
After Milović asks: "He's going to bring it to you", Lazović explains where they took Brajović and the Colombians.
"We are doing this rubbish", he writes.
The policeman then informs Zvicer and Milović that the "interrogation" is going on, and sends an audio message in which threats and torture can be heard.
"Someone will get bored, and I think before him", one of the "policemen" can be heard, while another says: "Drown him, drown him, drown him...".
It is also heard that Brajović is being told that he had better start talking right away, but also cursing...
After some time, Milović asks Lazović if he also needs handcuffs, and receives a negative answer.
“Did you get the Wolf? Do they need handcuffs? Brajović must be silent as soon as Junior is gone. Or there is no range," states Milović.
Lazović replies that he cannot get Vuk.
"He doesn't know where you are and he doesn't have the keys. He says they're in a Toyota at Mirko's," sends Milović, to which Lazović most likely insults a colleague from his team.
"Chu doesn't know where we are, moron!!!".
Then the policeman informs his colleagues from the clan that Brajović is asking for a polygraph and that he swears that he knows nothing, but also tells them:
"Shut up, he swears, 'father polygraph,' but he's lying. No stopping, only two hours, 3".
"Zoran is a thorn in their side"
He tells them that the arrested have "opened up", and then asks who could be the target:
"In the evening, it can be Z, there are 3 of us with him in the evening. It can be Ranko Tigar, it can be Aco Tigrov... Who else can do it according to you???".
After Milović asks if Brajović knows what, Zvicer replies that he does.
The head of the Kavački clan then, through messages, is surprised that none of the members of the Škaljar clan are interested in the arrested trio, and then he and Milović convince Lazović that the target was Zoran Lazović or Milivoje Katnić.
The policeman informs them which lawyer came to the Nikšić Security Center to look for the arrested Brajović.
"The four of them were supposed to fall in somewhere where there was no way out," writes Zvicer, and Milović adds: "They said to Kata and Zoran, to us." Before the elections".

The elder Lazović was the head of the Sector to which his son Petar also belonged.
Lazović explained in the communication with the criminals, which he conducted via an encrypted application, that Tigar was in fact Ranko Ubović, the owner of the company Bemax.
Although there is evidence in the transcripts provided by Europol that a statement was coerced from the Colombians, the court issued a verdict earlier, and their confession to the police and before the special prosecutor Saša Čađenović was considered credible.
Last August, they were sentenced in the Podgorica High Court to a total of eight years in prison for being members of a criminal organization that was formed to commit an unspecified number of serious crimes.
Brajović and Kaisedo David were each sentenced to two and a half years in prison, and Aleksandar Kostana six months more.
In July 2021, that prosecution received transcripts that heavily accuse Lazović and his colleague Ljubo Milović, but the then special prosecutor Čađenović archived the case in January of last year and released them from responsibility.
The investigation was launched four months later and only when the portal Libertas published the correspondence of police officers with members of the organized criminal group Kavačkli Klan and their Belgrade associates Veljko Belivuk and Marko Miljković.
The former secret agent was arrested on July 18, 2022, and the SDT accuses him of working for the mafia, instead of against it, as an employee of the National Security Agency, temporarily assigned to the police SBPOKK.
At the beginning of January, they filed charges against him, escaped policeman Milović, Radoj Zvicer, Slobodan Kašćelan, Radoj Živković, Nikola Spasojević, Milan Vujotić, Duško Roganović, Radovan Mujović, Radovan Pantović and Nikša Perović.

According to the indictment, that criminal organization was formed in the second half of 2020 and, in addition to Montenegro, operated in South America, Africa, Europe and Australia. The defendants are charged with several serious crimes, such as serious murders, attempted murders, smuggling of drugs, weapons and cigarettes, as well as abuse of office.
Lazović is included in several other SDT cases, all of which relate to the organized criminal group Kavčani.
During the presentation of his defense, he denied the commission of criminal acts, claiming that he arrested the members of that clan, and did not associate with them.
Lazović's legal team previously announced that their client's exposure to public opinion and condemnation has been ongoing for more than a year.
They stated that there is no evidence against him, except for the messages from the Sky ECC application.
Special prosecutor Čađenović, who represented the indictment against Brajović and the Colombians, was arrested on December 9, 2022, on suspicion of being part of an organized criminal group, the Kavački clan. He was handcuffed in the premises of the Special State Prosecutor's Office, after his colleague Miloš Šoškić made a decision to open an investigation and order the arrest of Čađenović.
The SDT filed an indictment against him accusing him of becoming a member of that crime team in mid-2020 and that, instead of prosecuting members of that clan, he hid evidence against them and worked for the mafia from the position of special prosecutor.

After the policeman sent a photo of a Colombian in a group chat, the leader of the kava clan teaches him to "skin" him.

Lazovć informs him that Colombian citizens did not bring the hand-held launcher across the border, and Zvicer shares his information and teaches the policeman what to do.

According to the information of Vijesta, Delfin is the nickname of Sky, a Budvanin who has been known for decades as a person of security interest, and whose name has been associated with several murders.
