The State Agency for Investigation and Protection of Bosnia and Herzegovina - SIPA on the territory of that country arrested Igor Glavaš (41) from Mostar.
That BiH citizen is one of the accused for the murder of Šćepan Roganović on February 13, 2020 in Herceg Novi. A warrant was issued for him by the Montenegrin Interpol.
He is charged with criminal offenses - creation of a criminal organization and aggravated murder by aiding and abetting.
"In 2019, the IG is suspected of becoming a member of a criminal organization whose goal was to commit the crime of murder to the detriment of a person Š. The IG was deprived of his liberty after intensive cooperation between the targeted search teams of the SIPA-BiH and the Police Directorate of Montenegro. Further communication from the judicial authorities of Bosnia and Herzegovina and Montenegro will follow," the Police Directorate announced.
At the end of June, the Podgorica High Court ordered the custody of Marko Radović, Slavko Radulović and Miloš Gvozdenović, who are suspected of being part of a criminal group that participated in the murder of Roganović.
The police recently expanded the investigation into that crime and, in addition to the three, suspected the leader of the Skaljar clan, Igor Vukotić from Kotor, and Ilija Milanović from Cetinje, who was previously in prison, for complicity.
Krsto Vujić, Dino Ibrahimović, Mili Bajramović, Miloš Komar and Igor Glavaš were previously accused of murdering Roganović. Bajramović was identified as the direct executor. He is on the run, as is Vujić, the accused organizer of that criminal group.
