Searches in Plužine and Šavnik, confiscated weapons and ammunition

Members of the police in Nikšić, Šavnik and Plužine searched several buildings in three locations in search of weapons in illegal possession.

During the search of the facility used by NG (40), in the town of Bezuje in Plužine, a CZ M70 pistol, caliber 7,65 mm, and 43 pieces of ammunition were seized. The Basic State Prosecutor's Office in Nikšić will subsequently declare the possible legal qualification of the act.

The Police Administration announced that two locations in Šavnik, used by SV (40) and B.Đ, were also searched. (26).

"During the search of facilities used by SV police officers found and seized: a CZ M57 cal. 7.62mm pistol with three frames, 55 pieces of ammunition of various types and calibers, parts of a semi-automatic rifle - mechanism, shutter, spring and cover, as well as an optical sight and radio connection," the announcement states.

The Basic State Prosecutor's Office in Pljevlja ordered that a criminal complaint be filed against SV on suspicion of having committed a criminal offense - illegal possession of weapons and explosive materials.
