In the summer of 2020, security guards Ljubo Milović and Petar Lazović kidnapped Edmond Mustafa, a thief, and then kept him for days in his apartment in Podgorica's City quarter, asking him to accuse several members of the criminal gang he belongs to for twenty murders.
According to the telephone communication with the Sky application, they did this in agreement with the head of the Kavac clan, Radoj Zvicer, with, as they claim, the help of a former colleague - policeman Zoran Stanović, the father convicted of the murder of Anastasia Lašmanova.
Correspondence from the encryption program clearly shows that they worked out a plan, initially agreeing to ambush Mustafa...
In one of the conversations, Milović, who is also the initiator of the hijacking of the skalar, suggests that they throw a bomb at his house in order to speed him up.
The evidence provided to the Montenegrin investigators by Europol also shows that the former member of the Department for the fight against organized crime and corruption, which was managed by his father Zoran Lazović, used police resources to locate Mustafa - he was tapped and located via base stations.
One of his colleagues from the Police Administration informed him about this, as can be seen from the photos he sent to Zvicer and Milović.
In the messages, the younger Lazović states that they had the support of the older Lazović, who at the time was the assistant director of the Police Administration, for that job.
"What do you do if I provide a witness for one of 20 murders? The attrition is starting", asked Zvicer and Lazović, the now escaped policeman, on July 31, 2020.
In a chat group with police officers, Zvicer dictates what Mustafa should say: 'Mili Bajramović killed Vaka, Brko, Šćep and possibly Lenc. Every work was carried out by the people of Kotor. Until he agrees, give him to me for safekeeping'", writes the head of the Kavač clan to Lazović and Milović
After Lazović's answer: "What can a man honor you with? The only thing is that we can't take you to nature, you haven't been in a long time", Milović asks him - "Where is 'Z'. We have to react quickly. So that the man does not change his mind."
In their mutual communication, the members of the Kavački clan use the initials "Z" to denote Zoran Lazović, then the main man in the police for the fight against organized crime...
His son replies to Milović that he is in the "Old House" and that he is going home, and then asks a colleague from the clan and the police if he should tell "V" that.
In the transcripts that "Vijesti" has access to, the younger Lazović refers to Veselin Veljović, the police director at the time, with the initials "V" several times.
"'We will tell V. I will go to him immediately,'" writes Lazović, which Milović does not allow, explaining that no one must know, except them.
"It's worse for them than if everyone knows", states Lazović, after which Milović asks him to go to his father immediately and explains that Mustafa wants to tell them everything he knows about 25-30 murders.
The head of the bar is then included in the correspondence, with the question: "What's wrong with that?"
After that, Milović explains to the head of the clan that Alan Kožar, who was killed just a few days before, was everything to Mustafa and that he did not allow the skals to "skin" him for the sake of one woman...
Officer, be there
Fifteen minutes later, Lazović sends a photo of his father's family home and tells Milović to be ready:
"Officer, Officer, be there, Z is coming. Talk bro," the policeman sends.
Milović replies that Mustafa asked through Arsenij Stanović to get in touch with Zoran Lazović, to which Petar replies:
"What are we going to do, he's in trouble. Z says he is calling Kata. Are we going to leave?", reports the younger Lazović, which is allegedly suggested by his father.
Milović explains that Mustafa got out of prison, that he was just sitting with Zoran Stanović, to whom he promised to schedule a meeting with the elder Lazović.
"I told Zoran to go to him and take him somewhere in an apartment. He was afraid that he would be caught," writes Milović.
Mlađi Lazović offers that he go with Zoran Stanović, and then suggests that they do it immediately, after which Milović explains to him that he cannot do it that way.
"Take it easy, brother, he can't do it like that, he asked him to check for him and see what he can do," writes Milović.
Lazović then excuses himself that he thought Mustafa would take them more seriously if he went with Zoran Stanović and told him who he was.
Zvicer is included in the correspondence with the information that this Baranin is still in custody, that he is in the room of Jovan Vukotić, whom he calls "šklempo", which is also confirmed by Petar Lazović.
"That's why I wanted Z to call Kata and for the prosecutor to listen to him, and we're waiting for him. So can Zoćo and I", he writes.
Milović then sends a screenshot of the correspondence with Zoran Stanović, which shows the Tivčan's reply that Mustafa has left.
"See with Z what Zoran can tell him. What can we offer him", insists Milović.
Mlađi Lazović answers:
“Okay. But if Zoćo tells him who we are, and says that he trusts me and that we will save him right away, because I'm afraid that after that he won't meet much, because Zoćo can't know what to tell him, but he says I can do it and that, we call Z, he will see it with Kata", writes Lazović.
After that, he again sends the clan members the information he receives from his colleagues, which he previously asked if Mustafa had gone out...
Milović proposes a solution - for Stanović to go see the skaljar, promise him help "according to the agreement with Z" and that they "bite him" sometime by tomorrow.
"To pick up the tours we will arrange tomorrow and take him in strict secrecy."
Lazović agrees, and Zvicer dictates what Mustafa should say:
"Mili Bajramović killed Vaka, Brko, Šćep and possibly Lenac. Every work was carried out by the people of Kotor. Until he agrees, give him to me for safekeeping", writes the head of the Kavački clan.
Petar Lazović agrees and says that he will give Mustafa protection and the status of a protected witness, and that he will not mention the murders in which he participated.
He also asks that it be given to him for safekeeping.
"How can he trust Zoran? Through the son? He needs to take him by the hand and directly to Kate, before that you encourage him", says Zvicer.
"I'm just afraid that he won't experience Zoran himself seriously enough. If he hadn't told you that you could help him and his son, he doesn't know that Zoran can help, serious and all... That's why I'm saying this. Z also gives us support... But I would like Zoćo to go and say - look, I've pulled the strings, I'll call that son, he's the only one who can save you, the service has information that Janković wants to remove you", the security guard explains his plan.
Zviter also adds that Mustafa told him that the people of Kavka are only asking to skin him.
"And that the people of Kavac are only looking for you, because you are the easiest target now. And bye. He is going to die," adds Lazović.
The head of the Kavački clan writes: "Well, that's good, because he's not good with Janković." And they were godfathers".
To that, the younger Lazović replied:
“Because no one can help him without Z and Kat. Neither Lomi nor anyone," says the secret agent.
Milović adds that Stanović will "pick up" Mustafa that night: "And barked, and tell him that he is directly with Z and Kata." And then I listen to him, then I hand him over to you."
Mustafa was kidnapped a day later...
