Security guards Ljub Milović i Petar Lazović and the head of the Kavac clan Radoja Zvicer it made him angry that he was scolding Edmond Mustafa changed his mind about cooperating with them, so they set a trap for him and kidnapped him on August 1, 2020.
The day before, Milović negotiated with him, through the encrypted Sky application, introducing himself as a former policeman Zoran Stanović.
He did this after, he wrote in a group chat, the elder Stanović came to him to convey the information he had received from his son. Arsenija Stanović, convicted of murder Anastasija Lashmanova.
The elder Stanović told him that Baranin, in exchange for protection, would talk about the wrongdoings of the clan to which he belonged, and the head of which was now deceased. Jovan Vukotić.
On the last day of July 2020, the people of Kavka still failed to lure Mustafa by falsely offering him protection, even though they spent almost the entire day hatching a plan to scare him, but also to locate him with the help of police resources - by eavesdropping on his girlfriend, friends and with the help of base stations.
This stems from the transcripts of the conversations conducted by the now arrested Lazović and the fugitives Milović and Zvicer via the encrypted Sky application.
"Took the phone and connected. I'm reporting... This jerk is even more paranoid. Not for now, he thinks. Do we have the opportunity to throw a spoon at Bar where his house is, to break it," suggested Milović on the evening of July 31.
Previously, he took another pin on the encrypted app and connected with Mustafa, posing as Zoran Stanović.
Petar Lazović replies to Milović in the group chat - that Mustafa has nothing:
"He has nothing. No father, no mother, no nothing. I knew he was going to do it. That's why it should be in 4 eyes", he writes, and Zvicer adds: "We can throw it at him".
"There is no brother, he has a mother and a sister in the building, where can we take him", adds Lazović.
"His will bury him"
The head of the clan replied that Baranin should have been "caught as soon as he came up with that idea".
"Well, that's what I'm saying. I'm going to kidnap tonight, just give me instructions... I, In him, Ivan, Puddle i Jovan”, explains the then official of the Department for the Fight against Organized Crime and Corruption who, most likely, among his colleagues from his Department, will go to kidnap the thief.
Milović then informs the interlocutors who is hiding Mustafa:
"Stojan Dabanovic it tickles him. Now little Arso tells me. And he uses his crypt. If I knew which apartment it is, we would go now, but I don't know".
Lazović asks if they are looking for Mustafa's mother's apartment, but this clearly angered Milović, who points out that he already wrote once that he was referring to the "steak" apartment where Baranin is being kept by Dabanović.
Zvicer asks: "What is he hiding it from", and policeman Lazović reveals that he will find that apartment at the base stations.
The head of the Kavački clan informs the police that he remembered that, while he was in prison, the mobsters sent Mustafi photos of a girl holding her finger to her lips: "The sign of silence", and Lazović explains that it was a certain Vasilisa.
Then, while Milović explains to them that Mustafa is changing his mind, Lazović comes up with a new idea to further harass him:
"Tell him that he will be kicked in Nora. That the Jankovics took it upon themselves. When he betrayed Ziyad, everything would. And the Jankovićs are bothered by him for the Bar," writes the policeman.
Zvicer tells them that they threatened Mustafa while he was in prison and signed as Vojo Bijelić.
Informal head of the Department for Special Operational Support in SBPOKK, which was managed by his father Zoran Lazovic, then submits a screenshot of correspondence with a colleague, whom he asked to put Mustafa's friends under secret surveillance measures, in order to locate him.
Those screenshots do not show who the policeman is who, on Lazović's order, "hooked" Mustafa's girlfriend, Dabanović and their friends, but it is seen that he is submitting a detailed report to him...
He reveals to him where the apartment where Mustafa is.
"It's not worth buying him, it doesn't hurt him, it doesn't mean anything to us if we don't let him go and get him," writes Milović.
He then sends to the group a correspondence that he allegedly conducts with the detainee Arsenije Stanović via an encrypted application, who also advises him what to say to Mustafa, in order to scare him even more.
"I'll give you some information to point him out. Brother, what he writes to me means everything, I don't want to know, do you believe it? There is no way out, they will have to. It is important to emphasize to him that he has no life, his own will bury him', he knows that. It is the question of the day. And that life is in front of him, he didn't deserve that to happen to him, you know that everyone likes to live. Haha," Stanović wrote to him in the message he forwarded.
Zvicer and Lazović then send photos of Mustafa's girlfriend and her friends.
Milović forwards them the correspondence with Skaljar, whom he "advises" not to go out anywhere.
"Don't move at all, a lot of people have entered in the last few days. According to the service, they are in charge of you Jankovic and the team", Milović attacks him.
"He needs to be pressured, what he says is what Alb offered him as a fat man." Vule l.”, Zvicer deciphers the forwarded messages of the skaljak.
The Swiss ask that the scumbag be told: "We're not going for a piggy bank".
"I can't deal with him like that until he's with us. I have to take it easy. He thinks he is talking to Zoran in a parental way. He did last night Mali convinced and guaranteed for Zoran and comrade Zoranov that we would help him. My friend is me," writes Milović.
Lazović then tells him that he is in Nikšić, but to let him know when he goes to pick up Mustafa, so that he can also come with the team:
"We are in NK, when you leave with Tourette, we leave. With you".
Zvicer answers them: "Okay, that's easy then", and Milović, on August 1 at around 18 pm, explains to the team that they are "Going".
"Go. Let me take the blind and get him, we have to give him the crypt. To confess with these".
Lazović asks where Mustafa is and receives the answer that he is in Bar, and Zvicer asks to wait until he checks whether the crypt is "finished".
"Brother has his back"
Three hours later, Milović sends a message: "Here's our brother sitting in the first place", and Lazović sends a photo of him in the car behind them and writes: "Brother, watch your back".
Then he asks the Swiss to give them something to ask him:
"Give us something to ask this stinker, because I'm going to beat him up, he's making me nervous," Lazović sends.
The head of the clan then explains that Mustafa shot in Tivat: "Na Radonjic...
Photographs and transcripts show that Lazović placed that skalar in his "stek" apartment in the City quarter, where they filmed him "like a spy", fed him, persuaded him to go to the Special State Prosecutor's Office and tell which member of the skalar clan was responsible for which murder .
Correspondence shows that he was under their control throughout August.
At the end of August, after all three mentioned him several times in their conversations, Milović wrote:
"If he is not productive, then he will be subjected to repression and blackmail. We can always burn it, that's the easiest thing for us", and Zvicer asks if they have recorded him when he spies, to which Milović answers in the affirmative.
Mustafa was arrested several times, and is reputed to be a member of the Bar branch of the Skaljar criminal clan.
At the beginning of last year, on a social network, he, hidden behind the nickname, comes_lično_djavo_po_svoje, offered the Special State Prosecutor's Office information about 11 murders, which, he claims, were committed by members of the criminal organization to which he belongs.
Also, at that time he announced that he would announce who committed and who paid for those murders.
Petar Lazović was arrested on July 18 last year, and the police are allegedly still looking for their former colleague Milović.
The SDT accuses the two of them of working for the mafia instead of against it.
They are suspected of being part of a Swiss criminal group.
Zoran and Milivoje the strongest in the country
During one of the conversation sessions, Milović sends the team a picture of the screen of the phone he is using to correspond with Mustafa, that is, messages in which the scumbag informs them that their clan also has someone from the Police Department who reports everything to them via an encrypted application.
Then, he also sends Mustafa's response to the intimidation - that the skals are going to kill him, but also that the people of Kavka are looking for him, and that only Zoran Lazović and Milivoje Katnic, at the time the crime boss and chief special prosecutor.
For them, Milović writes to Škaljar that those two "are currently the strongest in the country and they keep their word".
Skaljarac replies that he will wait for what his friend tells him, that he has to meet with someone else and "get into the story."
"Just let them finish this for him, then I'm slowly pressuring him to inform me. If he's not productive, then repression and blackmail will go to him, we can always burn him, that's the easiest thing for us," says Milović.
Thinking that he is corresponding with Zoran Stanović, and not with Milović, Škaljarac replies that he must work out everything in detail, and that he must also get in contact with someone from the Kavački clan.
Milović also explains to his colleagues that Baranin sent him correspondence with a member of his clan, who used the nickname Serginjo on Skye and convinced them that he should be transferred to Albania and kept there, and then he forwarded those messages.
Mustafa complains to that scumbag that their men didn't rush to help him and that "the General didn't even call him", and Serginjo replies: "Take it easy, the General is at home".
"Well, that's what I'm talking about. I'm going to kidnap tonight, just give me instructions... Me, Nele, Ivan, Barica and Jovan", explains the then official of the Sector for the Fight against Organized Crime and Corruption, who, most likely, among his colleagues from his Department, will go to kidnaps the schooner
He also used intimidation methods while wearing an official badge
Suspended policeman Ljubo Milović allegedly led a group of active and former colleagues who smuggled cocaine for the needs of the Kavački clan and subordinated the interests of the civil service to the needs of that mafia group.
Although for years there was speculation about him as a criminal with a badge, inspectors started looking for him only in March of this year, after the police drug cartel was broken up.
They did this almost a year after the Libertas portal published a photo showing Milović, Petar Lazović, escaped policeman Nebojša Bugarin, then Veljko Belivuk aka Velja Nevolja, Marko Miljković aka Masar and the escaped head of the organized crime group Radoje Zvicer.
That photo is part of the documentation that Europol submitted to the Special State Prosecutor's Office in July 2021 as evidence that Lazović and Milović worked for the Kavačić criminal clan.
It occurred on January 21, 2021, when the liquidation of Belivuk and Miljković was allegedly prevented in Montenegro.
Milović was suspended for a long period of time, starting in 2018, due to conducting disciplinary proceedings.
In September of that year, the MUP disciplinary prosecutor initiated proceedings against him and his colleague because on April 1, 2018, off duty, they behaved contrary to the Code of Police Ethics - they beat a waiter in Milović's bar in Tivat: "With the aim of extorting a confession that he was stealing money and other things from the bar in question".
At that time, Milović's colleague brutally abused the waiter in the warehouse of the bar, threatening to tear off his fingers, and then drove him to the apartment in his company car, where he injured him with a knife... After that, Milović joined in the abuse - both of them hit him with their hands and kicking the head and body. Milović, it is written in the files of the MUP, at one point took an iron, threatening the waiter that he would "burn his face if he didn't confess".
"After which the police officers left and threatened the injured party with the words "You must not report this to anyone, nor tell, nor must you go to Bijelo Polje, we will find you, we will break both of your legs"...
