NR (20) from Herceg Novi was arrested after a crusher and a small amount of marijuana were found in his possession, the Police Administration (UP) announced.
He was reportedly arrested for committing an offense under the Law on Prevention of Drug Abuse.
"In addition, two misdemeanor charges were filed against IR (46) from Herceg Novi and DM (25) from the Republic of Serbia, following the findings of the forensic examination at the Forensic Center. Narcotic drug cocaine was found with IR, and narcotic drug marijuana with DM." it was said from UP.
Misdemeanor charges have been filed against them, it is added, due to offenses under the Law on Prevention of Drug Abuse.
