DZ is suspected of stealing money from a sports betting shop in the center of Podgorica in December 2022, as well as stealing money from a store in the Zabjelo settlement.
The Police Administration announced that a criminal complaint was filed against him in the regular procedure due to the suspicion that he had committed the criminal offense of robbery and the criminal offense of theft.
"Namely, the criminal offense of robbery committed in December 2022 is charged to DZ, who, as is suspected, embezzled money from a sports betting shop in the center of Podgorica. In the same period, this person also committed a theft to the detriment of a retail facility located in the Zabjelo settlement, from where he also stole a certain amount of money. A criminal complaint was filed against him in regular proceedings on suspicion of having committed the criminal offense of robbery and the criminal offense of theft," the statement of the Police Administration points out.
The announcement also states that SZ will be held criminally responsible for the theft that took place on August 2 to the detriment of one person
He was arrested because he allegedly stole an electric scooter from the victim.
