Special prosecutor Vukas Radonjić will not be held responsible for domestic violence because he did not commit it.
This was assessed by the Basic State Prosecutor's Office in Nikšić, which dismissed the criminal charges against Radonjić.
"After the investigation, the criminal complaint filed by the BHR against the VR for the criminal offense of violence in the family or in the family community was dismissed due to the lack of reasonable suspicion that he committed the reported criminal offense or any other criminal offense for which he is being prosecuted ex officio. Filed against the VR is a request to initiate misdemeanor proceedings for a misdemeanor from Article 8 of the Act on Protection from Domestic Violence", stated in the press release of ODT Nikšić signed by Vjera Mićunović.
